By accessing or using OxenMed's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Medical Services
OxenMed is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers. OxenMed does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions, including the decision to prescribe medication, are made solely by the treating provider based on their clinical judgment.
Compounded Medications
Certain medications available through our platform are compounded by state-licensed pharmacies in FDA-regulated facilities. These compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been individually evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. The active ingredients used in these compounded medications are FDA-approved generics. The decision to prescribe compounded medications is made by your licensed provider.
Pricing and Billing
All prices are displayed clearly on our website. We will never charge you without your explicit consent. Prices include the cost of your medication, provider consultation, and shipping. There are no hidden fees, enrollment fees, or platform fees.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings with a single click. No phone call is required. There are no cancellation fees. Refunds for unused portions of your subscription will be processed within 5-10 business days. Medications that have already shipped cannot be returned.
Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old, reside in a state where our provider network is available, and provide accurate and complete health information. Not all patients will qualify for treatment. The prescribing provider retains full discretion over treatment decisions.
